Event & Registration Data: Information submitted during event registration, including names, contact details, custom form fields, and payment information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Cashfree) and are not stored by Evnto.
Communications: Messages sent through our support or messaging features are stored to provide you with the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Evnto platform
- Process event registrations and subscription payments
- Send transactional notifications such as registration confirmations and payment receipts
